Anonymous Call Authentication

Avoid annoying automated dialers by requiring anonymous incoming callers to provide authentication before completing a call to your ViaTalk line.

 

To Configure & Use Anonymous Call Authentication:

1. Login to your web based control panel and select the 'Anonymous Call Block' option.
2. Select the 'Authenticate' option from the drop down box for the desired line.
