What is the CID Exception List?

This list overrides the Caller ID Privacy setting allowing Caller ID information to be sent to users listed.

To Activate

To Add Numbers.

1. Log into the Control Panel
2. Click on the “Call Privacy” Icon
3. Enter 11 digit number with name
4. Click on Add

To Remove Numbers.

1. Log into the Control Panel
2. Click on the “Call Privacy” Icon
3. Click on Remove next to the number you want removed.
