Caller ID w/Name on Call Waiting

ViaTalk now offers the ability to see the name and number of an incoming call while you are already on a call through the use of CID w/name on call waiting.

To Configure & Use CID w/Name on Call Waiting:

1. All ViaTalk lines come preconfigured with this feature.
