How do I get into my voicemail?
To get into your voicemail all you have to do is pick up your broadband phone and dial *123. When it asks for your password, enter 4321 (default). You will be allowed to access and change all of your voicemail options; Simply listen to the voice prompts.

Can I check my voicemail when I am away from Home?
Yes, we have four different ways of checking your voicemail.
- Call our remote voicemail access line (1-866-626-7151). You will be prompted to enter a 'Mailbox' (your mailbox is your 11-digit phone number). When prompted, enter your voicemail password (PIN) and you will have full accces to your voicemail.
- Call your own phone number. When the voicemail answers the call, simply press the * key. When prompted, enter your voicemail PIN to gain access to your voicemails.
- Receive voicemail through email notification. You can enter your email address after clicking the 'Voicemail Notification' icon from your account management control panel. You will get an email notification after every voicemail - Attached to these notifications are .wav files that contain your voicemails that you can click to hear or download.
- Access voicemails (for play or download) from any internet connection. Simply log into your account management control panel and click on the 'Internet Voicemail' icon.

How do I change my voicemail pin?
To change your voicemail password all you have to do is log on to Billing. Click on 'Voicemail Password', and enter the password you wish to use. Please note: Passwords should be 4 numeric characters.
