Prepaying Fees

Many people ask if you can prepay fees with ViaTalk. The simple answer to this is yes. If you'd like to request to do so, it's very easy. Just call or submit a ticket to the Billing Department, ask to prepay "x" fee for "x" amount of time, and it will be taken care of right away. Keep in mind however that prepaying certain fees such as e911 does not mean you are "locking in" a certain rate. ViaTalk reserves the right to charge anything not covered in prepayment assuming there is a circumstance to do so. Prepayment is simply advancing funds into your account to cover charges. This might be convenient for those who do not want to receive an email each month about an "e911" fee or even to alleviate the pressure of certain credit card scenarios.
