Refunds

If you cancel within the 14-day trial period, you will receive a full refund of all charges.
All other refunds will be received in a pro-rated fashion for any pre-paid months calculated from the 1st day of the month following cancellation.
Activation fees, shipping fees, and one-time fees are not eligible for refund. Only service fees are refundable. There is a disconnect fee of $49.95 per account that will be charged upon cancellation.
All refunds will be refunded to the credit card on file with your ViaTalk account.
Adapter Return
You must return your adapter before a cancellation is complete. If you cancel before we receive your equipment, your account will be charged a $50 fee for the equipment and will be refunded if we receive it within 30 days of the cancellation. This $50 will be deducted from your refund of service charges if you fail to return the equipment.
If any of the equipment returned to ViaTalk is damaged or incomplete, the following fees apply:
Nothing returned: $50.00
Adapter/router damaged or missing: $50.00
Power Adapter damaged or missing: $15.00
Ethernet cable damaged or missing: $5.00
