Soft Phone Access

Soft Phone Access allows you to run a program on your computer that allows you to use your desktop or laptop as a telephone in place of the ViaTalk adapter.

 

To Configure & Use Soft Phone.

 

2. Login to your ViaTalk account. 

3. Click on "Soft Phone Config".

4. Program the softphone of your choice with the credentials listed.
